Built my first HTPC, have everything hooked up in a nice home theater...Installed a GEForce FX6200. I used the component video output and basically have the pc upconvert the output to 1080i. I get the error message that the disc cannot play due to macrovision copy protection only allows play on an analog output. Backup's with macrovision removed play fine of course.... Is there a known easy way to play the original disc using the HD output on the FX6200?? It is a bunch of crap that I actually own the DVD but macrovision will not allow me to upconvert the disc using a pc....

your card does not support HD video up to 1080i becaus your vid card has to be HDCP compliant. search HDCP yahoo, google, etc.
