Dear colleagues, after trying several times to burn a CD or a DVD in my LG-H20 I gave up because I always get some trouble... Is it a hardware or a software problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated because I have no idea of what happens... There's a newer firmware JS04 for your burner here: CD-ROM: <HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-H10A >Version: JL03 - HA 1 TA 0 - 7.0.8.2 Nero is reporting that the DMA transfer mode is off for your devices. It may be that your nvidia controller is misreporting to Nero. Do you have a RAID installed? Use Device Manager to check the transfer mode for your devices. This Roxio driver can interfere with burning in some configurations. Use the Roxio Zapper to remove the driver: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml http://kb.roxio.com/content/kb/EE6000061 Nero didn't report the manufacturer code for your CD which is not a good sign. Try some different media. You might also try upgrading to the newest version of Nero 7.7.5.1. Be sure to run the Nero 7 Clean Tool after installing the current version and before installing the newest version. http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/nero7-up.php
