Hello, Maybe someone else has experienced similar problems making dual layer backups using Nero Recode? I've gone thru this 3 or 4 times - attempting to make an entire disc back up on Verbatim discs, the process appears to complete, but during playback I cannot access the main movie. One title I stalls at the main menu, another has access to everything but the main movie. Peculiar? Another issue I've encountered attempting to backup a series - the episodes record fine except one per disc has no sound. I'm really puzzled by that. I guess using a different tool (shrink) might be the solution? Thank you in advance for any help or information.
yes you might try different software use this thread for options http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/622748 and try burning with imgburn instead of nero make sure your burning at 2.4x or 4x max
