try updating nero to 6.6.0.18 this is the best version you need to free up some memorey if possible and your choice of blank media isn't the best try using Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim make sure your firmware is up to date on your drive, check here http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_all.php Plus edit your keycode out so people don't take and use it i will ask a mod to move the post to the correct thread also

closing off background programs in your taskbar. also can close off programs not needed to be running in the background in msconfig\startup.
