   I'm using Ulead DVD Movie Factory(which also works for VCDs) and whenever I convert AVi to a VCD Mpeg, the sound is always far off, and not just by a second. I'm talking like 15 seconds off, which is a big nuisance. Help?

   try using DVD2SVCD with TMPGenc instead.
