I am having major problems with my burning. at first it was just burning normal dvds with nero, and now to free up my HD a bit i started to do sum data discs and it worked once and now fails everytime. i will post the log for the last data dvd but i dont know what im posting so bear with me as i will post the whole log... You're getting a power calibration error which could be hardware or media related. Have you tried using ImgBurn to burn your ISO file? http://www.imgburn.com Also try burning at 4X and see if that makes any difference. If ImgBurn works, uninstall Nero 7, run the Nero 7 Clean Tool, the Driver Clean Tool, and then install version 7.5.9.0. I'm on a different system right now and can't provide any links. Previous versions of Nero can be found at http://www.filehippo.com. The Nero Clean Tool is at http://www.nero.com under Support > Tools & Utilities > Clean Tools. You might also try some different media. Also try going back to an earlier restore point. Use Device Manager to uninstall your drive and let the OS reinstall it upon restart. If none of the above work, try installing your drive in another system to see if it works there.
