Processor Questions (Need halp from experts)

ok for now Intel is ruling so Intel Q6600 Chip, gaming, internet, multimedia, basically eveything...budget...really just want to know what mobo is good not really gonna buy it...

 

If you're gonna overclock the one in my sig is pretty awesome(Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3).

 

I think you are going the right way I mean the extrem core is the fastest processor for intel but I bet in two years or less AMD will eather be caut up to intel or past intel.

I have an AMD motherboard on its way but I still have to get more maney for 3 more things video card, Ram 2GB, Athlon 6000+.

 

I thought you were making a Core 2 Duo system. You are the same Socom that got banned right?

 

Nah man im not doing that build no more cause the AMD is cheaper and they will get better processors so im not woryed about it.

 

so Intel is the king now, i'm waiting for AMD Phenom to come out, there X4 cpu

 

Good, it's best to wait for the new nvidia GPU and new AMD CPU. Then you can compare the two and then you will find out the Core 2s are still better(Hopefuly, I have one and I want them to be better) and you can buy a COre 2 and a 8800 GTX at reduced prices!

 

yeah...all i can do is wait, X4 is coming out end of September, and they say its faster because it has L3 cache and C2D dont...and Nvidia's G92! damn they're good...
