    Nero
    VCDEasy
    Roxio

    Well out of the ones listed, i really liked VCDEasy. Nero i guess would be the next up, but the problem is menu interactivity. Nero has the ability to make interactive menus but i had a hell of a time finding a guide for what i wanted... ie audio in the menu.

    If you want to make somthing real nice, go w/ VCDEasy. If you want a no hassle, guaranteed to work VCD, go w/ nero.
