just wondering if there was another free program with an easy to use guide that encodes faster than tmpgenc...and i was also wondering i have a video file that reads like this: Video : 62 MB, 401 Kbps, 10.0 fps, 352*240 (4:3), MP43 = Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V3, Supported...and i was wondering how to encode that cause the fps isnt like the other file i encoded...thanks for any help!!
