When I use shrink and decrypter to rip movies and burn them, can I have (or should I have any) programs running in the background? I usually shut everything down via mscinfig, but I have noticed that my cpu usage is only at a peak when I am decoding a movie in shrink. Is it ok to persay be on the internet while I am writing a new dvdr? Or if I am reading it with decrypter to the harddrive? I am just curious if I could multitask at any part of the process? Thanks ---zen-->

    zenarrrow,
The safest thing to do is to cut off you internet connection and cut off Norton(antivirus and firewall) if you have it. Make sure the screensaver is cut off and that is all I do. I have searches the net once or twice while using Shrink but the preferred method is to just walk away and use another computer while you are transcoding.
When I use DVDRebuilder and CCE I do nothing on the computer
