I, would like to know If there is a Program that can can redo a movie recorded from a VCH tape to make the picture clearer.
there's lots of filters and whatnot that will make it look better, but you will never have a higher-quality video than what you started with. a machine can't just make up data to fill in the holes. most video editing programs should have *something* that will help, but don't expect miracles unless you're a professional using pro-level software. what are you using now?
