    hi

    people i have a friend at where i work who is an
    IT manager and he has to block proxy servers and there sites
    dose anyone have a list of sites. he has gone though
    google yahoo and ask.com and blocked all the sites that
    has the listed on them but dose anone have an idea how
    to block them all. any help will be greatfull.

    Yeah it was the 'news discussion' forum that I moved it from. I moved to where it is now - windows - general discussion.
