Hi I have recently brought myself a ps3 and connected to my lcd Phillips TV which plays hd at 786i I then purchased a hd cable which it gold plated and is top of range. On the package it says that it plays at 1080i. now I plugged in the cable into my tv and it doesn’t play. I went to the hd channel and he says 570 and the screen is black however you can hear the sound. Now I am not sure if the reason that I cannot watch hd is because of the wire.
