PSO or Animal Crossing

    Do they work the same to load games???

    you have to explain what method you're using...like bba streaming, viper, etc.

    I think he is confused about what the "Animal Crossing Loader" is.

    Animal Crossing can't load .dol files over a BBA, only PSO can. (Well, now there are other options, but not long ago, that was the only way.)

    The reason it is called the Animal Crossing Loader (ACL) is because it was originally coded to allow Animal Crossing to be streamed to the gamecube from a PC. It still required PSO to get the Animal Crossing Loader onto the cube. Once the Animal Crossing Loader was on the cube, PSUL or PSOLoad streams the ISO to the cube.

    Later on, the ACL was updated to work with other games, not just Animal Crossing, but the name stuck.
