psp section needs mod!

wanting to be a mod being your reason for joining another forum doesn't speak well for him.

 

yh true. maybe DRD can just consider it though. or any one else that is in charge.

 

No he joined there but then someone promoted him that's all.

 

I just think its sick how there is so many useless threads. For example, HELP I NEED DOWNGRADE MY 3.10 PSP HOW I DO. Or people asking for step-by-step guides and using red & bold text.. Or people asking how to upgrade to 3.03 OE-C when there is already a wininstaller. Or "WHERE I GET 1.50 RECOVERY I BRICKED MY PSP" And its funny because the probably never bricked there PSP's just they lost one of there flash0 files since they didn't have a clue what they were doing. So more like a semi-brick.

It would just be really nice if people would read the stickies instead of making so many useless posts.

You don't see many Afterdawn Addicts anymore and some of them decided to leave permanently.

 

Hi. I used to visit the PSP section of Afterdawn daily as it was a good, reliable source of info. At one point, I had it as my homepage. Then one day, tens of thousands of n00bs flooded the forum. If you look at the forum now, how many proper threads do you see? 1 or 2 posted by this Touran22 guy. It looks like he really knows his stuff when it comes to PSPs (so do I) and i think he would do a great job as a moderator. I rarely visit Afterdawn now due to the n00b count, but if touran22 became mod, I would have know doubt I would be coming back to Afterdawn.

 

Around 5 Afterdawn Addicts left the PSP Section since I joined.

 

but people are stupid, midnightj. they won't read the stickies.

again, i support the instaban. and auto-hide of pointless threads now, too. no need to crow up the forums more.

yh i did but i came back becuase this is the birth of my psp knowledge! and i though "teach and learn" but now teaching is getting harder and learning is becoming lower!

 

I just hope for the best most of the time, but yeah you are right, since 95% come asking questions that SHOULD not be asked. Like where do i get PSP ISO games? Or they submit MegaUpload links to PSP games..

yh i no lol thats why im trying to give one last push for that section! just to keep it alive and healthy.

i mean there are loads of site were the information and latest releases of OE for example ar elreleased and i could just stick to them but i want the ppl of AD to know them aswell.

Yea, I would say I have to agree. I've seen touran around the forums from time to time; he always seems like a valuable source of info and is always one step ahead of the game a/f/a modding PSPs. Make him a mod, I say... And I was one of the ones who left the forum for a while b/c of all the n00bs and not enough mod support. More mods can cover more ground. 5hit, if Touran is a mod, maybe I'll come back and help out some more w/ all the knowledge I've got in hacking the PSP...
