psu board problems

    Replaced CAP 11 Booted board. All o.k. Resoldered Cap21 nothing at all on display screen. Any solution?

    Did you make sure that polarity was correct when you replaced caps.

    Depends on the way the neg & pos was and the length of the dialectric would usually indicate this. BTW please make sure you are discharging the caps properly.
