purpose of modded dash

    ok i have an unleash x dash but what i do not get is the purpose of one why do u need one if really all you need to mod with is your ip adress is there a reason on having a modded dash or like somthing you can do with one

    also another question is how do i fix my xbox dash the regular one ms dash or whatever it is called it is broken error 21 and i dont know how to fix it (at least i think its 21 i dont know when ever i try to get to the ms dash it blinks green and red says in all languages to call microsoft for suport and a huge 21 ) if you could help me out that be great
