Ok, so it's come time to back up my Aqua Teen Hunger Force DVDs and don't want to keep using 2 cds for two discs if I don't have to. They're single layered discs.

I looked through the guides and couldn't find a how-to, can anyone help? DVD Shrink?

Use DVD Shrink. Rip the first disc to your hard drive like normal. Insert the second disc and click Re-Author. Drag & Drop the files you just ripped and the movie off of the second disc to the left side of the screen, click Backup. You will not be able to keep menus however, and being that this is a bunch of small episodes, I'm not sure if this will work. It's the only way I know how to merge DVD's (without buying software).
