Putting titles on VCD/SVCD

    I have few VCD/SVCD`s without titles.I downloaded titles for them in .sub or .srt format.
    How do I put titles on VCD?
    If I need to burn CDs again its not problem.
    Just please tell me how and with which tool.

    yea i would like to know as well, i have a movie .avi and .srt subs for it and i want to combine and make a VCD disk? how can i do it?..
