Question about Jump Drive and Xbox

    I need some help with my jump drive. When I put my files on it and then go to transfer those files to my Xbox my Xbox formats my jump drive. I need to figure out if it's possible to have my jump drive the same format as my Xbox and computer. By the way I'm connecting my jump drive to my Xbox using a cord that turns my controller port on my Xbox to a USB port. Any suggestions?
