I've bought some CDR Audio by mistake (sometimes I'm really unconscious) i.e.

    Dysan Audio
    ATIP: 97m 15s 17f
    Disc Manufacturer: Ritek Co.
Reflective layer: Dye (Short strategy; e.g. Phthalocyanine)
    Media type: CD-Recordable
Recording Speeds: min. unknown - max. unknown
    nominal Capacity: 702.83MB (79m 59s 73f / LBA: 359848)

Can I burn data to them? At what speed?
Or maybe better burn some audio to them?

You can burn data on them. Since audio CD recorders are no more than 2x (4x ?), those CDRs are not certified for higher speeds, but I once burned some TDK ones at 12x without problem. Fast burners may have problems to burn at low speed, so maybe it's better to choose an intermediate speed to start with.
But it's only a clue for starting, only real life tests will answer your question
Begin with a "test" before actually burning the CD. At least if the burner have problems seeing the CD at high speed, you won't loose it. But if the CDR itself have problems with high speed, even a burning test won't show it.

Thanks Pio2001, I have old cd-recorder and I have no problems with burning with 4x(or even 2x) speed so I'll do what you suggest.
