question for higher processor...

    hi. I was just curious to which processor i should buy. i have an emachines 1 ghz processor with 384 ram and wanted to know what processor i should up it to to make it better. i ran tuneup utilities and it said to do it. But it said to up it to SSE2 hyperthreading technology and i was wondering which chip i could get, and does the chip have to be another celeron chip? Also is it easy to install once i get it? like plug and play.. i never did it before? Thanks!
    --- also, try to keep the price under 150 for which chip i get, preferably under 100 would be nice though....

    intel processors you are limited to 1.3 gig but via might have upto 1.6gig but depends on your board capable of ruuning it
