Hello everyone, im thinkin about buying a new LCD monitor, and I want to buy a 20in. I have my eyes on the samsung 204B would this be the best choice for a 20in lcd monitor. I want to have a monitor that supports 1600x1200 thats why i like this one. Aswell it has a great response time of 5ms. Anyone that has any info would be great. I would also like to hear from you if you perosonally own this monitor or have heard anything good or bad about it. Thanx

Viewsonic 100% definatly the best. But if your looking at a cheapy yet good monitor ive never personally had problems with my 17" BENQ...

But if moneys not an issue then definatly go for viewsonic!

Samsung quality is up there with Sony now.

Read the specs but above all trust your eyes more than the specs.

Why you ask? Glad you asked. Companys learned that they can smug the numbers because people where buying 500:1 contrast over 499:1

Above all else trust your eyes and if you can get two monitors side by side to decide which one you want thats even better.

If you're a gamer the lower refresh rate is always better.

I know you already purchased but i had to put my 2 cents in..call it a sport

    good luck
