I've been making some dvd video compilation discs using dvd decrypter . I put the program in ifo mode and rip just the chapters or tracks that I want from each disc to individual vob files. Problem occurs when I use the Tsunami program to build the dvd. Some of the DVD Music Video Discs are from Promo Only where the audio is 2 channel stereo the others are ETV Music Video DVD's that for some reason are encoded in AC3 audio. The Tsunami program allows me to add the Promo files in stereo 2 channel audio but comes up with an error when i try & add one of the Etv vob files saying that the dolby digital ac3 format is not supported. Any ideas??

Get the AC3 plugin for it.

You paid for commercial software, how about contacting THEM for support?

The problem is mixing assets in the same VTS.
Either make all the audio mp2, or AC3.
    You can't mix both.
You could do it in DVDLab Pro, with multiple VTS, and bridging.

Can I do the process starting in dvd decrypter as it extracts the chapters as I've tried making everything either ac3 or mpeg 2 inside the TMPEg program.

Tmpgenc dvd author may have trouble transcoding your assets.
Make them all dvd compliant before importing.
I would just stuff everything into two VTS in DVDLab and author it.
I don't know enough about TDA to help further, sorry.
