I'm running Ares p2P and Utorrent at the same time and my Intel Celeron D 3.20 Ghz cpu is maxed out at 100 %. IS that normal? I don't have any strange or extraneous programs running. I do have Trend Micro virus protection running though/.
no, it should NOT be running like that. How many processes do you have running? If its over 50, then you are running to many. What are the names of the processes that are running under your user name?
not that I know of man, sorry. You could run Hijackthis and then just post the log it gives you in your next post...
Weird...all of a sudden it's running at 22 % now, although once in a while it'll flare up to 100 for a couple minutes...I guess I'll just live with it til I get some Core 2 Duo action goin.
