hi guys can anyone help me out with this, I placed this question about the 29-01-14 in the following post. Since I done so I reordered the same items again thinking it was because of the Chinese new year and the same has happened again. its been more than 6 weeks now, and a total of £86.00 They acknowledged my second order but no info on delivery, as yet no movement. Are they a reliable company, and do you maybe have an alternative supplier. Anniemoon yes I have contacted them their reply was they would contact me the next day with delivery details, nothing now for 3 weeks. are they a reliable company they were posted on here and have seen them mentioned on quite a few posts on here.
they could forgot to reply you again about the tracking info, have you already emailed them again, currently it is the weekend, they should go back to work soon and you can just contact them again. by the way, did you use a credit card to buy from them, then you can also contact your bank to solve it if you received nothing in the end.
