No so good just spoke to dundeechipshop says hes more in end of week and hes cheaper than them and you get free special delivery with that amount, when i looked at there prices i was shocked and then cheek to rip you off? crazy, id avoid them and any other name pops up on here with complaints its that kinda world, ive only had good service at pcjerry and dundeechipshop and sticking with them but preferably the later as cheaper :)

I to have had a problem with this seller to the tune of £400.
Two seperate purchases and I have gone thru paypal on both.
I cancelled the first claim in good faith. How stupid that was.
I am currently going thru with the second claim.
Does anyone know if I can get my money back since I cancelled the first claim with paypal.
There must be some way of striking this ass off his web site and warn others.

Hi you need to phone paypal and explain they can in certain circumstance at there own discretion reopen, you need to also call police mate as its basicaly fraud ive posted his details already above use these as they are correct.......its not that easy to rob someone on net and get away with it its only easy if you dont act....
also to add did you use direct bank transfer or card ? which ever you used in paypal you should contact your vendor ie your bank or card issuer and try to reverse transaction there.....when you complain to police you should get crime number give this in any dealing with paypal and so.....also should anyone have dispute in paypal never end at sellers request only end when what you needed done is done rember you started complaint in first place and now the seller wants to talk and deal? alarm bells should ring on this type seller attitude and serious caution to be used...no help till complaint started means they only trying to wiggle out if one is started......phone paypal first you may not have lost first one yet

Thanks for all that info DOUBLE DD.
I'll keep you posted with the outcome.
The fustration I had to deal with was unreal.
I have baught a lot of stuff ie. pickup truck, motorbike, tools etc. on the net. and never had any problems. Even this person was kinda recommended to me.
I live in Ireland but will contact the police there and notify them of this idiot.
    Thanks again.

Well i hope you have more luck than i did.
I sent back my faulty goods to his house and recieved them back with a poorly scrawled note claiming he never sold me them in the first place.

Keep us updated on your progress, also what carts did you purchase?

    Same as mine.
Can you tell me which web address is on each of the boxes because he said he doesn't sell these with the web address i have on my boxes and thats why he returned the faulty item i tried getting exchanged.
www.r4super.com was printed on all the boxes of the last batch i got.

I get an error saying "can't find sd/tf card" on a black background.
Tried several mem cards of different sizes, every version of software i can find but still the same error.

I too have been ripped off by R4Deals. I have ordered r4 cards that have been faulty, returned them for exchange and havnt heard from them since. That was in April, and there is no telephone number to contact them and they dont return your emails.I am in the process of finding out where they are based and then im going to be knocking on thier door!!! Beware!!!

Oh no, not another one of these :(

Right - I've bought from four places in my lifetime: DSXtreme, http://www.PCJerry.co.uk, http://www.gizzards.co.uk, and http://www.NDS-Gear.com

DSXtreme was crap and had zero service, gizzards no longer exists, both PCJerry and NDS-Gear were good. I personally prefer nds-gear because they write back a lot quicker and give me a Royal Mail tracking number, but my experience with PCJerry wasn't bad either.

Then again, I've never had a card BREAK yet, so I can't test their after sales support. NDS-Gear claim to have service-on-demand and will replace anything, but then again I've also never heard of bad things from PCJerry.

You has your money and you makes your choice... ;)

Also, I have had lots of experience with PayPal (I used to run an online business on World of Warcraft) and if you need help getting your money back after paying with PayPal, feel free to send me a PM and I'll see what I can do.

But basically, you need to call them up as well as use their web-based Resolution Centre. It generally works wonders and forces the seller to respond.

Also, HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Make sure that the seller has said "RETURN THE GOODS TO ME" in an e-mail somewhere, and you'll have proof to PayPal that you've returned them, even if he provides tracking information.

yeah well thats just dandy but i have bought cards from a couple of other companies since and have had no problem with them.My gripe is why should that particular company take my money and not deliver the goods?? Its theft in my book and i will be chasing them up!!

Why would anyone who has done any research at all be thinking of an R4i - very poor name for a website

R4 - Welcome to the 23 cards with similar names - why because they are trying to cash in on a once good name

Do yourself a favour read the forums - don't let them con you

    R4 = Dead

Lots of good choices the R4 is NOT one of them

Luckily they do sell M3 real - but beware apparenty they only sell genuine R4's - so by deduction everything else must be a fake??

And as there are no REAL R4's anymore - it appears by their own advertising they admit that www.R4i.co.uk . . . Sell you fakes??
