Hi, it’s been years since I posted or worked on my PC. Just had a quick question. I’ve got ballistix Ram 8gb, is it the same ratings as my friends PNY RAM, and should work together in theory? He wants to sell it cheap as he built his first PC and I’m tired and not thinking we’ll at the moment. Thanks for help with a simple question.
    Ballistix Sport 8GB Single DDR3 1600 MT/s (PC3-12800) UDIMM 240-Pin Memory - BLS8G3D1609DS1S00
    And
    PNY XLR8 DDR3 8GB 1600MHz (PC3-12800) CAS 9 1.65V PC (MD8192KD3-1600-X9)

the pny ram is 1.65v and your motherboard may not support that kind of voltage.post your system specs to be sure of this.
