As he said, he got them cheaper, so that's why he did it.

Heh, you should have kept quiet, you'll be asked where you got them that cheap now, what the point of it was, and then I'll get asked again about whether they're faster or not... :p

Oh so where are u getting it? is it from a website? If not nvm. Sam come on. I wanna learn lol. I won't ask you wether their faster or not since you already told me that their all the same no matter about the price or how it looks or specs or anything and just get the cheapest lol. So I wanna see them from where ur getting them. My pc budget is freaking 1650.

yo sam I understand now ur one of my most helpfull dudes first of all i never trusted u but after reading other forums I actually do trust u now im into some cheaper rams. so yea thanx. but i can't choose. And I have a question if these rams are for high performance and gaming memory. here are the links this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145184 or this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145194&Tpk=ddr2 corsair . btw sam which one of those links should i get because the second has better latency which might mean it's faster. But idk. And by how much faster would it be? But I still wonder if 800 is a big difference from 1066 mhz or not because i want to get 1066 mhz for cheap that's why I'm asking where he got his ram. the 1066 mhz ones u have to manually set them to it they come 800. And how do u adjust are they hard to do or is it called overclocking? I went to bios on the computer im using and see nothing on changin the ram... how do u do it? peace.

Gera: We're back to the old situation of the cheaper one being better for no reason. I bought this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145197
Because, like on newegg, it also bizarrely turned out to be cheaper. I don't use the fan, however, because it's not necessary, those dominator heatsinks do an excellent job on their own.
I stand by my decision of getting the Samsung monitor, on that budget, there's no need to cheap out on a monitor that could cause you issues.
Of the slower memory, the latency doesn't really make a great deal of difference, I would go with the cheapest stuff as it's excellent value for money. The only way you will notice the difference between 1066mhz and 800mhz memory is if you overclock, which I'm not recommending you do, not for now anyway. Boien isn't going to let on about where he got his RAM as he doesn't want you to get it before he does, it's most likely ebay or craigslist.

Boien: A GTX280 are you mad? Change that for a 1GB 4870 or a GTX260 Maxcore pronto, you've just wasted a hundred dollars!

Oh ok sam also I learned from another forum that if the latency includes 2T at the end it's for higher ram memories but is slower at least faster than 1T if if it's higher ram memories. but would it be faster with 1T (the ram that's worth 113) on 4gb or is 2T required?

1T and 2T only really made a difference for older AMD systems. Just leave it at 2T and forget about it.

What do u mean when u said leave it at 2t? U mean just get the 2T one? Oh and what is high-grade memory?

You can't buy memory with either setting. It's something you set in your BIOS control panel.

They both are not 2T though. For the one that doesn't say 2T u can't set it to it at bios i guess. so yea which one should i get One that says 2T at the end? Or one that doesn't (which is the one with the fan).

It's just the difference in marketing, they all need to be run at 2T, forget about it.
