Please move as needed and also recommend a FREE anti ransomeware app that prevents the fake MS page warning against threats that lock up the screen, and fake virus scan tools. In addition I need one that does NOT need .net framework to install and/or run. I CANNOT install framework 4 or newer under win 7 32 bit even after running a so called MS FIX file. Thanks.

I use Sandboxie and when I get those pop-ups, just click on the icon on the Taskbar and 'Terminate all programs'.
