RCA RECEIVER

    I purchased a RCA RT2911 about a month ago and to use for PS4 and Roku because they take HDMI. I start to watch something on Roku or play games on PS4 and the system shuts off by itself. I sent it in 2 times to RCA and get it back with same problem and not sure what else to do? Was looking online for someone else that may repair them but unsuccessful! Does anyone have any suggestions?

    have you tried talking to rca tech support when you are having this problem?

    Yes I did each and every time and did what they say and nothing helps!

    take it back to where you bought it to either get your money back or get it replaced under warranty.
