If I rip a dvd with Clonedvd2 first, and the compression stays at 100%... I realize theres no need to re encode with rebuilder because a 100% compression will fit on a dvdr... but what if you were to re encode a 100% rip with rebuilder anyway, is it possible to improve the quality of the video or will it stay the exact same once rebuilder finishes?
