    I tried to use these setting but it doesn't let me
    because I think these are dvd settings.

    Frame Size: 720x480
    Video Aspect: 16/9
    Video Framerate: Close to 30 as possible 29.970
    Video Bitrate: 8000
    Audio Bitrate: 320
    Subtitle: 0-UND

    I actually think you don't know how to use the program...it outputs more than decent quality.

    I know I don't. Lol, I don't know anything about this crap.
    Maybe if someone teaches me I would. I'm a choob. ;_;

    If I change the ffdshow audio decoder settings will that solve my mono dvd problem because I want stereo?

    Change the settings in ffdshow for which encoder?

    Um...I don't know. I just right clicked and went to ffdshow audio decoder and checked the box next to dolby decoder and now I'm waiting for my dvd to finish burning to see if it will play in stereo now.
