(re-post)Xeno Gc Mod FAIL!!!!!! Help!!!!

So I ordered a xone gc 2.0 from mod-chip.com got within 6 days with regular shipping....i just about shit bricks cause it came so fast but anyway...so i installed it standard no wires powered the Gc up and i got no led or anything so i re-did it about three times to no avail and the last time i think i ruined the chip when i soldered it i got some on this piece and it came off when i tried to remove it i screwed it up huh?? please advise thanks
