Hi there, I have tried rescannin for channels on my box, but now all I get is 15 channels at most. I have restarted the box and tried this and the same thing happens. Sorry, Im not the most technically minded person, but was wonderin if there was some sort of guide to rescannin, so I can get the channels back. Its bein used through Virgin Media
