Special rules for posting to AfterDawn's classifieds section:

    1) Our site is not an auction service. You must indicate the asking price when posting a "for sale" post. Furthermore, you must note whether the postal fees are included within the asking price or not.

    2) You should title your post like this:

    "For sale" ads:

FS: Name of the product (city and country you live in)

    "Want to buy ads"

WTB: Name of the product (city and country you live in)

After the trade has completed, please modify the title of your post by adding "SOLD" or "BOUGHT" to the end of the title. Do not remove the original message content, as it serves purpose to have historical comparison data available for further posts.

    3) The only approved method to contact the seller or buyer is by using the private message functionality on our forums. This means that you can't post your email address, your MSN/ICQ/AIM/etc contact details, your phone number or other personal contact details.

    4) You can "bump" your message every 24 hours -- not more often than that. You are not allowed to post the same ad more than once -- bump your original post instead.

    5) These items cannot be sold / bought / traded via our site:

-concert tickets, tickets to sporting events, etc -- all types of tickets or products that can be categorized as tickets.

-computer programs or licenses to computer programs (or products that can be classified as computer programs). Only exceptions to this rule are original, "boxed" console and computer games, which can be sold via our site. MMORPG (such as WoW) accounts, and other game accounts that do not include game license (i.e. only the rights to the account are transferred) are allowed.

    -pornographic or "offensive" material

-pirated products -- this includes, but isn't limited to backed up games, backed up movies, counterfeit movies, counterfeit games, etc. All cases where we find out that a person has sold pirated material on our site, will be reported to local law enforcement authorities. Console mod-chips or already modded consoles do not fall under this rule.

-all types of services (computer repairing, console modding service, hosting services, building websites, etc)

-products that you don't own already ("coming shortly")

    6) All trade must take place solely on AfterDawn.com, meaning that linking to auction sites, classified ad sites or any other external sites from your ad is strictly prohibited.

    7) AfterDawn doesn't take any responsibility whether a trade has been successful or not. We wont answer to any requests to determine seller's personal details, etc. Trading takes place between two individuals, AfterDawn simply provides a space for individual user's to post their classified ads, but doesn't act as a broker between the two parties involved.

    8) This classified ad section is meant only for individuals, meaning that companies can't post their ads here. This restriction also applies to private enterpreuners and people who sell products in bulk. If you are a private enterpreuner or work for a company that would like to post an advertisement to our classifieds section, please contact us via our feedback form.

    9) AfterDawn can remove posts without the need to explain why a specific post has been removed.

    ---

Violation of the rules listed above will get your user account banned permanently.
