just out of curiousity, I have converted, going to burn. When using Nero 7, is it better to burn as an image, data file or just simply grab the VOB and other files in that folder the chuck them over to the disc to be burnt???? thanks, yet again, for all the support.
success, movie burnt fine, good picture, good sound. All depends on the file itself. The first file I downloaded only 496 megs, same movie, 624 megs, after conversion, 2.27 gigs. absolutely beautiful. Thanks once again, to Rotary, Jerry and Ted.
Good work. When downloading movie files much of the quality depends directly on how good the original download is. Like the old saying about garbage in---garbage out. Jerry (slightly off topic again) Hey Ted, if you decide to try FTA give me a shout. I've only been at it since October but have my setup going pretty good. I'm sure you can figure it out but if you hit any snags let me know.
dvds are perfect, once again, thanks for the help. now I have obtained four discs each with only bin files on them, can't seem to figure out how to get them to work, I have tried, Nero 7, Isobuster, it is apparently a game, help again!!
okay I think I am now into a different subject, so may need to be bounced somewhere else I obtained four files, all bins. Used Isobuster to bust them open and burn each to a CD. First CD worked fine, started loading the game no prob. Second CD when inserted, the game menu kept going back and saying over and over insert CD 2. I was told to just use winrar, burn and that's it. I get the feeling the files I obtained weren't complete. Any thoughts or ideas??? from anyone??? help???
hey guys, well things were running along quite smoothly the Samsung DVD-R's worked and played great. But all of a sudden now, using Nero 7, (and I was using the same software before) the process just freezes in Nero while converting, hasn't even tried burning yet. Not sure why Nero is all of a sudden freezing, plenty of hard drive room. Any ideas??
In Nero select burn as an image and then add the cue files only. These files do not produce as good quality as avi. And be sure to put in a cd-r disc and not a dvd disc.
