Record one channel while watching another??

    Bought Emerson DVD Recorder and I was wondering how I can record one channel while watching another...please help if anyone can!

    Buy a 2-way splitter and A/B switch. Install splitter from antena source "in".Then 1 cable from splitter to DVD "in" and the other to the A/B switch "in" and the last cable from DVD "out to A/B switch "in" then A/B swich out to TV. When you record switch the source to the TV.

    can this work with the dvd hooked up too a rf modulator too?

    Yes, Mr DVD recorder is hooked up to a TV with a RF modulator.
