region coding

    Hi,

    I have a dvd region 4. I want to make a back-up of in region 1. Is this possible? If so, how would I do it?

    dvddecrypter will make it region free

    region 4 is Australia = Pal
    region 4 encoded as region free = Pal
    region 1 = NTSC

    its not the region setting you have to change, but the way the film has been encoded
    try a search for "pal to ntsc"
