If you reinstalled windows, was the other account password protected?
Does the the 25gb folder with your music, show up on windows explorer or is it completely missing?

Did you reinstall after or before you had this music on your computer?

I'm surprised to hear that those files where still there after a fresh install. Anyway, make sure that in your search you have it to look in hidden files and folders.
