I am looking to be able to upload/download files to a certain folder at a office PC from my home PCs. Office PC also has a NETGEAR router to deal with. What is the easiest & best approach to do this over the internet?

    Hi,

I personally would have thought setting an ftp server would be the easiest way. You could run the server on your work pc and connect to it from hope and then upload and download whatever you need.

A VPN (virtual private network) is an option, but maybe not the easiest. When this is setup you can map a folder to appear on your pc at home and just drag and drop.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers.
