replaceing the hd?

    well ig ot a 11 gig hd from my old pc awhiel ago and i have x box live and other shit on my old hd currently installed. how can i i put in this new hd and keep all my old data and still acces xbox live? can i just ftp my x box copy all the files and then copy all the files back to the new hd once its installed? or is thier a simple tutorial ? pleas help me again thanks for all ur help now and before!

    slayer's installer has a good option (one i havent tried) that rebuilds a new HD for use in the xbox and also formats it. Yes you can copy all your data and copy it back. You can only use XBL if the HD can be locked. There is a program called ConfigMagic Final that locks the HD, although ive never tried myself. Sorry i cant provide any real experience in the matter, but i hope this helps.
