NOTE: the above software is for the Replay Box NOT the Replay Lite

 

Hi all, you now have all the tools too view your channels on your replay box.
please remember, you may not have to re-tune your box,just install the new software via the null modem cable,and you should be fine.

If you already hav'nt down loaded the new software you will need ver;7.5 i have included a simple installation guide if your unfamiliar,please take the time to read it. http://rapidshare.com/files/35770779/Replay_Box750.zip.html

One last thing this software is for the replay box and not replay lite........if anyone wishes to try it and it works let me, and everyone else no........but i doubt it!!!! and ive heard it works with the starview box...if it does? please let me no!

hi all installed v7.50 seems to work will have to wait for next k/y
change to see if it auto updates.
PS can anyone guide me to version 7.55 so i can try it.

 

ver;7.50 is the latest...... but there is a patch available,which i hav'nt tried.... so you can do a manual search,

will keep you informed.

Please keep me informed if you downloaded the new software and it works/does'nt work or you have any probs!! no response yet so i take it everyone is watching tv.....lol

As far as I am aware version 7.50 for the Replay Box and version 7.52 fot the Replay Lite are the latest available upgrades. The reference to 7.55 above is most likely a typo.

I now have the patched version so you can scan with ver;7.50........only a matter of time.

Below are two links to Replay Lite Version 7.52 software with STB Link 5.20. The first one has instructions tailored for UK and the second for ie (Ireland)

Note that this version of 7.52 is not suitable for Full Replay Box, it is for Replay Lite only.

 

hi many years i tried to install software but couldnt get a connection reciever blah blah not valid any ideas

sorry its taken so long to reply!!
You say you coulnt make a connection....i take it you mean via the comm port?

Ensure your leads are plugged in correctly,power up your replay box then open the stb software and select comm port 1 (if thats the port you are using)your pc and your replay box should then connect...then click on update software.......follow the instructions posted on the forum you should be done.

 

hi many years did all you said still getting connection error cant connect to reciever everything unavailable

 

hi shuggie67 you have to unplug the power lead to the hard drive fist.then do as above.

hi tony im not that pc literate dont know which plug is for hard drive

 

its easy m8 just unscrew the case on replay box and you will see hard drive.just pull the one with four wires on.
do the update and then plug it back in.

Hi, I have just downloaded your 7.50 firmware posted on the previous page. Are you saying you have a better version? If so, any chance of a link?
