I just loaded the new software on my box and i seem to be missing all the Disney Channels. Does anyone know how to get them back or what frequency they are on?

Bit of a weird one now, went into mother in laws house to scan my box and all the channels worked so thought great, came back to my house and got the same problem so it seems to be relevant to my house could it be a weak signal causing the problem and would i need to get them out to check the power levels to the box obviously not the RL but the VM box.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

it does sound like you have a weak signal, if this is a recent problem they may be doing some work on the cables in your area. your best bet is probably get the engineers out. i recently had broadband installed by n*l and they discovered that my cables were very deteriorated, so they replaced them and my picture quality is 100% better.hope this helps..

Replay Lite will work on n*l mmds in Ashbourne, you will need to do a factory reset and rescan your box, symbol rate is the same 6887, start scan at 290 mhz, hope all goes well with your move.

pssnger57, ashbourne has areas that are chor*s mmds as well as n*l mmds, so you need to find out which you are. If n*l the replay lite will work fine, if chor*s you need a box t.

    Anyone having this issue?
If so does it require a rescan?
    Cheers

Sorry, we don't get ITV2 in Ireland,so i don't know if there is a problem in the UK. Try asking malci or HiTeck.

maybe if you have a friend with a box, starview etc., any type really, you could get them to come out with it and check if it works, before you buy one.

This post is getting a bit long!

My Replay Lite is down since 18/12 and I can't get anybody to sort it out.

Does anybody have a Dummies guide or link to the "fix" as I haven't a clue what to do and I'm only getting more confused reading through all these posts.

    Thanks

Start by giving us a little information.

    Are you in Ireland?

Do you know how to flash the box?

Do you have the necessary software?

Do you have the cable required including the USB to Serial if your PC does not have a serial port?

Paint a clearer picture as to where you are at & we might be better positioned to advise you.
