Hi All,

All you have to do is enter the new keys by following my post above.
The boxes won't Auto Roll anymore, no matter what software is on them at the moment. So that's why they have to be put manually.

Having the Auto Update turned On or Off will not affect the box at the moment as the box doesn't Auto Roll anymore. it only needs to be turned On if the Auto Roll was working.

If you are having trouble getting into the Nagra page.

Menu,
User Installation
Parental lock
Goto Key Manager
A box will appear with 3 Options.
Choose Nagra
Scroll to 0x55 in Prov ID.

One down arrow takes you to the 0x00 - i.e. Key 00.

Press Ok on your remote.

Up pops the HEX Keyboard - just type in the new numbers - it puts the dots in for you. Do this for Key 01 as well.


For 0x00 key Type: 5B 74 36 A3 B2 30 CB 46
Press OK



For 0x01 key Type: 54 0D 81 09 F9 6E 17 F9Press OK

Exit out to TV any you should be sorted.

As for doing a search on nhell Ireland.

Start freq 290
End Freq 403
Symbol Rate...6887.
Constellation....64 QAM
Search by Network......ON
Search
When all channels are found select View

This search should take about 5 mins.

You can use channel manager to sort them out.

If you already had all channels on your box, there's no need for a scan. Just change the keys manually and you should be OK.

 

if this was me i would check connection
then factory default then tune as
start @ 288.8
end @ 411.1
Symbol 6887 for n*l Dublin
but these could be different for you

 

I have just loaded a file in the library, (link at the bottom of this post.)
It’s all my channels and favourites as I have them on my Replay Lite in Dublin
Click on the link.
Go to the replay folder.
Then the replay channel dump files.
Download Brian chan fav feb 29 2008 to your desktop.

You must have a Null Modem Lead part number L71BT
this can be bought in Maplins.

You will also have to have a software programme called Stblink5.20

To get this click on the link at the bottom of my post.
Go to Reply folder...Software...and download the STBlink 5.20 to your desktop.

Connect the null modem lead to your PC and box and power up the box.
Open up the stb link
Select run
Setup Comm.

Click Write Factory Data
and get the saved file from your desktop.
There will be 64 blocks to upload.
These will then transfer from to your Replay lite.
When your PC reads all the files have been transferred, WAIT
another minute before unplugging.

Unplug the box.

Power it back up again, then connect the TV lead and scart lead. and all my channels and fav’s will be stored on your box.

 

can anyone help? my box is getting a signal, but it keeps glitching, that said the audio keeps dropping out and the video jumps. i recently rescanned and that, i thought, sorted it, but now it has started again.
running v7.52 on it, but i haven't had to manually input the codes and i still get all ch. any ideas

 

You could try unplugging the box, disconnect all the leads.
Plug back in the box, wait for the green light to come on, then plug back in the TV and scart leads.

If that doesn't work it could be that one of your leads is faulty.
Try another scart lead and another RF lead.

 

so this isn't a common thing then! auch.....i'm thinking i'might have too many splits in my cable and stuff, degrading the signal down the chain and all, is there a booster of sort out on the market that could boost the signal or do i call my cable provider to increase the signal or something else?

Send the TV signal directly to your Box with the RF lead and with the scart lead connected to your main TV, Your RF cable from the Box to a splitter and then to your other TV's.
This way the Box is getting the full signal.

 

if there is going to be new s/w can the makers please put com ports 3+4 also can they make it similar to the eurovox ,s/w and loader all in one thanks i ask this because i have laptop with null modem adapter and cant use 1+2 com ports

Great thread lads,fixed 5 boxs over the weekend,keep up the good work and keep them codes coming....

Anyone have any idea if/when a new software which brings back the auto update of the codes will be out?

 

box wont start when i plug in it goes green then goes flashes then goes red and wont turn on any ideas

 

changing batteries in remote every now and then helps

I am a newbie on this forum, I have been looking at all your posts over the last few days and it has been really helpful. I am based in Dublin and have a replay lite. Ever since last week I have been experiencing problems with my box, I followed all your instructions including checking the version of software on the box which is 7.52, I also changed the parental lock to 7777 and got the box to reinstall all the channels and even tried plugging out the box. I can get most of the channels now including Sky Premier and Sky Modern, however I am getting "no signal" on Sky Action Sky Horror Sky Family Sky Comedy and Sky Indie, previous to last week I had access to all of them. I am about to throw the box out the window so any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
