When you say the box is freezing I assume you mean that the picture is freezing and breaking up. If this is the case it is most likely a bad signal getting to the box possibly caused by a splitter or becuse it is sitting on top of a vcr or dvd which are giving off heat.

Not sure what you mean when you say "cable isn't working"

    Can someone help?

The last few codes haven't worked for me and I am not sure why.

I see the following ones worked in Dublin (I am in Dublin, NTL/Chorus):-

    fd 7e 4d bd 89 ba 5e 76
    co fa ed fc c2 44 7c 25

Firstly, why is the bd highlighted and underlined? Or does this mean nothing?

I have looked back at other posts and every problem and solution listed is not giving me any help.

Can anyone throw light on this?

    Thanks a million!

For starters, is your box a Replay?

Make sure you are setting your provider code before you enter the new keys.

These are the latest working keys for Ireland.

it means nothing that that bd is highlighted, how do you mean the last few codes are not working for you? are you getting in any channells?

And you definitely have the provider code set correctly at the point you enter the codes?

Hi, first of all i'd like to say thanks for all the codes - my replay lite has been playing up over the last couple of weeks.

Secondly, a friend of mine that lives in tallaght has a starview and I was wondering if you could give me a safe link for updating it, I downloaded a virus from one of the sites on Sunday and had to spend hours getting rid of it!

    Thanks

    Hi Evastar

I would strongly suggest that you read through the Starview Thread at the link below before you do anything. In that thread you will find links to all of the software and instructions. BE MINDFUL however that that there are a lot of clone starview boxes in Dublin at the moment and the currently available software is not suitable for them. Again you will find all the details and links for identifying genuine and clone boxes. Proceed with caution and dont be afraid to ask for advice in that forum.
