    Thanks for the heads up Gman,

    I just fixed the link.

    I'm not sure if that file will work outside Dublin as the frequencies might be different in other parts of the country.

    I will email you my channel list and frequencies later tonight and you can compare them to what you have in your area.

    Keeping well myself, gone a bit quite now, the lull before the strom...maybe.

    Hope you too are keeping well Gman, keep up the work M8ty.

    All the best,

    Brian.

    Evastar,

    Delete the non working channels and then do a manual search for them.

    Just got the list you sent Brian & have compared them to Galway, there is no comparison they are totally different.

    Sc0user did mention something about my list in another thread but I wasn't fully sure what he meant exactly.

    I guess this is the kind of instance he was referring to.

    So, the Freq list for N*L Dub Ire is not the same as the Freq list for N*L Gal Ire.

    Can you imagine the frustration when someone from Dublin tries to find a channel using a Freq from my list & vice verse?

    Sc0user also mentioned something about a list already existing but I don't know where that is.

    So it's safe to say the following:

    For Ireland, frequency lists are specific to

    1. Country
    2. Location within that country
    3. Provider.

    Hi Brian, I've tried that a few times and it's not working. Doesn't matter, I have them on other tv anyway. Just thought it was curious the way they'll work one minute and then won't when I change the frequency on my manual search.

    Hi, I am new to the site and need some help.
    I would like to update my replay lite box.
    When I try to download the files to my computer I cant.
    I think it is because they are bin files.
    Can anyone help me.

    Compliments of Brian
    I have just uploaded files to.
    http://eko.4shared.com/

    Go to the replay folder.

    In Documentation folder you will find,

    Flashing the replay lite PDF.

    Frozen box (word doc) for anybody with a dead box.

    Frozen box PDF for anybody with a dead box.

    Replay lite owners’ handbook PDF.

    Replay lite owners’ handbook (word doc)

    In the firmware folder you will find the files used to update or fix your box.

    742a,
    743a,
    744,
    750,
    752 UK,
    752 IRL,
    and the files needed for the Replay Box with hard drive

    In the software folder you will find,

    Stblink5.20, the file used to transfer the firmware from your PC to your box.

    The latest software for the replay lite is 910,
    752 won't unscramble your channels.

    if it is rar file you will need winrar to open it you can google for that it is free or there should be one on site there as well

    when you install that right click it should be like a little book and extract here then use the loader to upload the file to the box

    if you have downloaded it and it is a bin file you dont open it you just need the loader now to load the bin file to your box

    you only need winrar if the file was zipped up

    download and read the instructions and you will know what you need to do all the info is on the eko site

    REPLAY LITE LATEST SOFTWARE

    Please note that when you flash the box with this you will have to do a full rescan, so backup your channels and Fav’s to your PC.

    To backup your saved channels and favourites.

    Connect the null modem lead to your PC and box and power up the box.
    Open up the stb link.
    Setup Comm.
    Click Read User Data
    The file will be called Factory_Data.txt
    There will be 64 blocks to download from the box.
    Save it to your desktop and rename it what you want.
    _____________________________________________

    If at a later date you do a full rescan and find nothing,
    You can reload the file you have saved on your desktop.
    But when you have established a connection with the stb link
    Click Write Factory Data and get the saved file from your desktop.
    There will be 64 blocks to upload.
    Make sure as always to wait for the rapidly flashing light.
    ________________________________________________________________
    Download these files to your desktop.

    Replay Lite 910
    http://www.speedyshare.com/401966274.html

    Connect the null modem lead to the box and your PC.
    (Null Modem Lead Part Number L71BT)

    Open up the Stblink
    Select Run.
    Tick “Maintain User Data”
    Select upgrade software
    Get the 910 file from your PC.
    From when you see the blocks start to transfer.
    It takes 4 mins for the box to be updated.
    But make sure you see the led flashing much more quickly than it did when the blocks were transferring. If you leave for even 5 mins it will be OK.

    When all the blocks are transferred WAIT a couple of more minutes for the led to flash much more rapidly than it did when you could visibly see when the blocks were transferring.
    Unplug everything and only connect the power lead.
    Wait for the led to flash red/green and then stay on green.

    Then connect SCART and TV cables.

    When the files are being transferred from your PC to the box, the led on the box will be flashing at this speed[IMG]

    Don't unplug the box until until you see it flashing at this speed
    [IMG]
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Go to a premium channel and wait for the box to unscramble.
    Please be patient as it does this.
