if you are having prob on all the tv could be a cable fault that needs to be fixed from the cable company

    Your Box will be OK.

    Try reflashing it again.
Untick the "maintain user data" box.
Ignore the message "you have lost saved data"
    Select "Upgrade Software"
Get the updated file from wherever you have it.
The file will then start to transfer to your box.
There will be 515 blocks to be transfered to your box.
When your computer reads "Transfer Complete"
WAIT another couple of minutes for the light to be flashing to be flashing much more quickly than it was when the blocks were transfering.

When the blocks are being transferred from your PC to the box, the led on the box will be flashing at this speed[IMG]

Don't unplug the box until until you see it flashing at this speed

No, what you have is the USB to Serial adapter.

You also need a 9 pin female serial to 9 pin female serial NULL Modem cable.

    Hi Brian,
I have a Replay PVR - Are you saying that the 742A Firmware in compatible with Replay Lite & Replay PVR C100? Should I upload the 7.44 first then the new 913 or 742A then 913?
Sorry for the confusion but I flashed with Replay Lite software before and it took me ages to sort it out.
Thanks for all of your information by the way! I would be totally screwed without it :)
    MoonWB

    Hi MoonWB,

The 742A file is compatable with both Replays.
I have used it on both boxe's and it always works.
it is especially good when you have to get a dead box working.
There is another "A" file 743A but I find the 742A better for kickstarting boxes.

In your case, back up your channels first.
    Flash with 742A the 913.

If you are having problems with the flash.
Don't do the "set up Comm"
Untick the "Maintain User Data" box.
Ignore the error message that you get.
    Select "Upgrade Software"
Get the 742A file and it will start to transfer to your box.
This is called forcing the flash and works for the Replay Lite too.
Then do the same with the 913.
When that flash is complete, load up your channels and favourites from your PC.

The channel file works for both boxes The Lite and PVR.
