Hi all, rescanned yesterday using Moggs' numbers, and everything seems to be o.k. There were a lot of channels seemingly missing, but I did find them all hidden in the 'Tv ch' section, so result all round.
As far as I know, there's no work being done around here at the moment, the last was about two months ago when they changed all the metal gas pipes. There are two splitters, one in the main box outside (cable to rep li and cable to broadband upstairs) and one upstairs just before modem so I can use my original n*l box in the lad's bedroom, but as I said it seems as if it's cured now. So once again, a massive thanks to everyones input and advice on this forum, without whos help, me and four other workmates would still be being robbed everytime these boxes went down........k

Your Port settings are probably OK as you have used the same computer to flash before.

Null modem lead is probably correct also.

Take the null modem lead out of the PVR and plug back in the PVR.
Plug back in the null modem lead and try again.

    If that doesn't work
Try putting your PVR on standby and try it from there.

Have you got a replay lite also.
You can back up the channels from that to your PC and load them onto your PVR when you have flashed the PVR.
Or one of your friends might be able to give you a channel file.
Go ahead and force the flash as in the instructions in my earlier post.

    Try this STBlink file.

    Hi Brian,

I have finally managed to force flash my box, 3 PC's and two weeks later! I have flashed with 742A & 913 (Replay PVR Box) but when I got home & plugged it in I got a Blue & white screen with like a fairy on it & a satalite dish asking me for code which I have never seen before and menu does not bring anything up? I typed in 7777 which didn't work then 0000 which seemed to work and a small rectangular box came up in the top left hand of the screnn with what looked like gibberish in it so I waited and waited but nothing happened except the box powered off on it's own to standy by? I unplugged and tried it all over again but the box just keeps swithcing to stand by? I am sure I had a similar problem once before when I flashed my box with Replay Lite 752 by mistake? Do you have any ideas how I can get my box back?
    Thanks Moon

    Hi MoonWB,

Delighted you got the 913 on your Replay PVR.

To check that the software was transfered, go to
    Menu

    Utility

    Receiver Information....OK

    SW Version should be 9.13

If this is so put a channel data file on the box.

Use this one if you haven't backed up your own.
    http://www.speedyshare.com/664331132.html

It is for Dublin area but it might kickstart your box, then you can scan for channels.

    Open up the Stblink..select "RUN"

    Set Up Comm

Select "Write Factory Data" a prompt box will open for you to get the downloaded file.
Double click on the file and it will transfer to your box.

    When your box reads good.

Unplug the power and null modem lead.

Power back up the box, you should see some channels.

Then do a scan for your area.

    Best of luck M8ty

    Hi Brian,
I backed up my channel list before I flashed and wrote it back in after the flash. The software version showing on my box is 913.

But I can't get into the menu? As I said before I can not get past the start up screen (Blue & White with a fairy and satalite dish)
When I press Menu nothing happens? And after about 30 seconds the box just powers off to stand by?
Seems like when I installed the Replay Lite software 752 by mistake once? I am sure I had a similar problem then?
Is the 913 software definately the latest software for the Replay C100-PVR Box? I was running on 7.51 prior to this?
    Thanks
    Moon (Cardiff)

    Hi MoonWB,

Here’s the 913 I used, just in case you got a dodgy file,
    http://www.speedyshare.com/632593967.html

You could also flash it with 742A then 751

    751 is here
    http://www.speedyshare.com/717714738.html

If the 751 goes on ok, you could then flash it with 913.
    Then load up your channels.

Before you do another flash, do a factory reset first.

Are you sure the Null modem lead is the correct one?

    hi all,
is it just mine or since flashing with 910 file has everyones lite tend to freeze up for a few seconds quite a bit more often.....
let me know if its just in my head or not

Hi guys, a question here some of you pro's might be able to help me out with....

Basically in the past week I bought a replay lite box from my a buddy of mine and I have to admit it has a pretty decent picture, however, the sounds seems ever so slightly out of sync... is this possible ?

I've been using "The Box" for the past year or so I'm familiar with the software/firmware ect.. but at prestent I'm not savvy at all on the Replay lite.

Another thing is, if my box has to be re-flashed is there a software available for the relay lite that I can sort out my channels on my pc, something like the channel editor for "The Box".

    Thanks guys :)
