The box was originally scanned at 6887 cause it was ntl,but now ive moved down to North county dublin and got chorus ntl.Does that mean that 6875 is the one i should scan at?

Eva according to the OP's "other" post he has a little black box on the ground. Sounds like a powerinsertor for MMDS, and from his location he should be on N** MMDS.

Sorry just popping in and I dont do multiposts ;)

Will if its N** MMDS Eva ;) Uses the same DVB C variant as N** cable. Ch**us MMDS use a DVB T variant hence why any DVB C box wont work on Ch**us MMDS. Hence the proliferation of all the latest DVB T boxes.

Thanks for your response,so im NTL MMDS and not Chorus MMDS?

From reading this forum all morning,it looks as though my replay lite box might work on NTL MMDS but not on Chorus MMDS,is this correct?I suppose Ill have to try it when i get home and scan it on 6875

Im in Balbriggan by the way.Anyway of finding out exactly whether your chorus mmds or ntl mmds?

Youre not annoying me but Eva and others on this thread know the Replay inside out. You need to use 6887.

What happens when you have your n*l box plugged in? Are you getting all the channels on that? If you go on to a channel and press help you should get the technical information up. It will tell you what symbol rate. I don't really know anything about mmds sorry.

What exactly are you getting when you plug the replay lite in. You must be getting a menu up if you can scan. And it is flashed with the latest firmware, 910? Have you done a factory reset and then an auto scan on 6887.

Ye,I have ntl digital working, got the value pack, which is 60 channels.
When I plug the replay in im getting a blue screen,i have all the channels there from when it worked through cable ntl,but when i select one of them channels nothing shows up.I havent done a factory reset.I just scanned at 6887 and start freq 220 end freg 500.I can get into the menu no problem on the replay lite, just when i scan i get no channels.

Yes ,I have the latest firmware, havent done a factory reset yet, will try that later.Reading somewhere which said that the replays dont work with MMDS,but my mate has a Eurovox EX5000 and that uses DVB-C(as does the replay lite) and that works .
